The Main Event will consist of online satellite tournaments and Heads-Up satellite tournaments. Players who advance through the satellite tournaments will qualify for the main tournament!
Additionally, a campaign will be held during the period in which customers who visit participating poker rooms across the country will receive a $10 ticket usable at JOPT Online Satellite every day.

Main Event Online Satellite
The online satellite sessions will be held from June 1st (Saturday) to July 10th (Wednesday).
The tournaments held daily from Monday through Saturday at 7:00 PM are open to freeroll entries , and the $30 tournament ticket earned there can be used for tournaments starting at 8:00 PM.
The top player each day (or the top several players depending on the number of participants) will advance through the satellite tournament and earn the right to participate in the Main Event Online Day 1S to 1X.
Please note that the tournaments held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will be in NLH (No Limit Texas Hold’em) format, while the tournaments on Wednesday and Friday will be 6MAX format.
Main Event Online Day 1S-1X
Days 1S through 1X are the Main Event Online Day 1 held at GG Poker. Entry is open to those who have qualified through the online satellite tournament or by paying a $550 entry fee.
If you advance through this tournament, you will be able to proceed to Day 2 of the live event held on July 14th (Sunday). The schedule for Day 1S to 1X is as follows.

You start with 50,000 chips, and you cannot add any more.
Additionally, chips are rounded up to the nearest 1,000 points at the end of Day 1. For example, if you have 67,200 chips at the end of Day 1, you will carry over 68,000 chips to Day 2.
Please note that the satellite tournaments and Day 1S-1X tournaments do not offer prize money as they are qualifiers for the live event.
Heads-Up JOPT Live Events flight
This is a satellite event held in preparation for the NLH Heads-up event on July 12th (Friday) and the NLH Heads-up High Roller event on July 13th (Saturday).
The Heads-up satellite tournament will be held from June 24th to 27th. The winner of each flight will be able to participate in the main tournament on July 12th.
